I have lots to update!

I went to my 12 week checkup and we will find out what kind of "lima bean" we are having Oct. 2. Everything is looking great. All my blood work came back normal so everything is going good. Aubrey is still saying she wants a baby brother. I really don't know how she will act when she gets a brother or sister. She has started throwing tantrums and will just throw herself in the floor and start crying. It drives Brent nuts b/c he automatically thinks she is going to be a brat. I try to tell him that all toddlers go through this and we are approaching the "terrible 2's" which I think we have already came in contact with :)

It is hard to believe she will be 2 in a just a few weeks. (Sept. 12th) I have started planning her party and of course it will be a Dora theme...I mean who else. She has started wanting to watch Tom and Jerry more...which Brent loves b/c he likes to watch it still himself. She will just sit and not move when watching one of her shows...and that is about the only time she is still.

She can say so much...literally anything you say. She is so sweet when we leave daycare everyday, she has to go and hug all the nice ladies that take care of her during the day. She did though on Friday have to be put in the corner for kicking. But if you ask her why she had to be put in the corner, she knows and will tell you for kicking and show you how to kick.

We haven't had much luck on the potty. She will tell you she has to go, but would rather play while she is in there than use it. And she has to be completely naked. Brent can't believe that. She will though use the potty at the daycare, so I think I am going to get a different kind of potty and see what happens there. We have approx. 6 1/2 months to get potty trained...but if we don't that is ok.

We went to the beach to visit Brent's step-brother and his son. Had a good time and got a lot of sun. Even Aubrey got a cute little tan. Of course the majority of mine has peeled off and I look like a zebra! Aubrey loved the ocean and did so good traveling. It took up about 12 hours to get there. But as you can see in some of the pics, she and Sera watched DVD's on the way down

which helped a lot :)

There is a story behind the bath tub pic....Aubrey had her first "accident" in the tub and poor Sera had to be in there with her. But it got cleaned up and hopefully it won't happend again....it scared Aubrey half to death...I could only imagine what will happen when she finally poops in the potty.

Not much else going on. She was up all night Sat. night screaming with an ear ache I think. But is better. We are looking forward to her bday and I will have some pics to post later of her early bday present she got from me and her daddy...a Dora 4-wheeler. I am going back to the doc. in a few weeks and I hope the pregnany keeps going as well as it has already.
