I left this one off of the last blog. Aubrey got this cow from Melissa, Will and Emma for Christmas. She loves riding it and petting it like a dog. Which she calls it a dog b/c any animal to Aubrey is a dog.
Ssturday night we met at the Catfish House with the Dorris side to eat b/c Brent's uncle Steve, Carolyn and Steven were in to visit. Aubrey had a good time looking at everyone that walked by and dropped most of her food on the floor rather than in her mouth...which is usually the case. She is very messy.
These pics are from her kitchen set she got for an early Christmas present. She loves it. It keeps her occupied while I cook supper or doing anything in the kitchen. She has everything spread from one end of the kitchen to the other. And usually gets some of my pots and pans out to add to hers.
These pics...not really sure what she had planned. She took a dish towel that was in the kitchen and had a good time with it. She slid around on it on the floor, put it on her head, played peek-a-boo, wiped her face and layed on it. Needless to say I got a lot done while she played with the dish cloth.

Lastnight, Will, Emma, Melissa, mom, dad and my brother came over to eat supper. We had spaghetti...which Aubrey loves. They had a good time. Aubrey hit her eye on something yesterday some time or another. Her eyelid is a little puffy. I thought for sure she would have a black eye, but it is just swollen a little bit. She doesn't act like it hurts when I touch it. She also has a bruise on her cheek where she slammed into the door at Tera's the other night.
Aubrey also has a new word...it is "off". I guess she has heard it so many times. She also said the other night when Brent came in "hey da da" plain as day. It was cute. She has been sleeping better. No more getting up in the middle of the night crying for no reason. She has only done it once or so in the past week. Nothing much going on this week. Hopefully we will get a little snow tomorrow.
They did ask me at the daycare this morning who was "Bobo" (my bother), "Bubby" (Terry Michael) and "MeMe" (myself...what she calls me when Emma and Will are around and calling me that). They said she talks about those people all the time. Funny I thought.
